This adjoining facility has over 6,000 sq.ft. of space designed for research, conservation, and instruction, as well as living, working and secure storage areas. In addition the facilities provide space and equipment for group meetings of students and adults for lectures, presentations, discussions, and the ability to provide training in various forms of the cultural arts, with a concentration on those related to the Monte Cristi area.

Like the Museum, this facility was designed for the efficient low consumption of electricity and water, while still providing a comfortable environment for its many uses. The WiFi system is provided by Claro directly via cable, and is available throughout both buildings, with maximum strength for clarity and for multiple users.
